Indoor-outdoor cats
Many Peyia clients let their cats out under supervision. We time visits to the cat's usual return and never lock up until we have visual confirmation the cat is safely home.
Hillside access
Steep drives, remote gates and intermittent mobile reception are typical. On intake we log the gate code, an alternative access route, and the last point on the drive with reliable signal.
Winter and off-season
The hills get cold and damp in January and February. We verify heating and ventilation on every visit for empty second homes, not only the cat's immediate rooms.
