This page explains how RZ Coaching International Ltd, trading as Purrfect, collects and processes personal data through purrfectcatcy.com and related services in Cyprus. We are committed to processing the minimum data necessary and keeping it private.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only the information you actively provide to us:

  • Booking / enquiry form — name, email, phone, dates, address of the property and information about your cat. Used solely to prepare a quote and coordinate the service.
  • Direct communication — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp. Used to reply to you and manage the service.
  • Essential technical data — the minimum server logs required to operate the website securely (e.g. IP address for abuse prevention). No behavioural tracking is performed.

We do not run advertising, analytics, remarketing, social pixels or third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to prepare a quote and deliver the service you request.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to keep the website secure and to answer your messages.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where Cypriot accounting, tax or consumer-protection law requires it.

4. Retention

  • Booking enquiries that do not result in a service: deleted within 12 months.
  • Client records tied to a completed booking: retained for the duration of the client relationship plus the period required by Cypriot tax and accounting law (typically 6 years).
  • Email / WhatsApp threads: kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship, then deleted on request.

5. Who has access

Personal data is accessed only by the owner and vetted staff of Purrfect. We use a small number of technical service providers (hosting, email delivery, form processing) that act as processors under GDPR-compliant agreements. Data is not transferred outside the EU / EEA except where the provider offers standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • request restriction or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with the Cypriot supervisory authority — Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
